We offer a variety of support services for our products:

  • Training - We offer product training both at our headquarters and at customer selected locations. In addition to standard classes, we also offer customized training to suit customer's specific needs.
  • Software products include an initial warranty period with no charge technical support services via email and telephone, as well as software updates. The support period can be extended with low-cost support extension contracts.
  • Hardware products come with a warranty period, and are supported after the warranty expires via our repair and trade-up programs. If you need to return a hardware product for repair, you will need to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
  • Online product registration makes it easy to ensure you will receive the fastest support services and be notified of any updates or warranty issues.
